Gochi-So Shokudo is a popular Japanese restaurant chain in Singapore that specialises in serving premium Campovilla Iberico pork from Spain. Nudge Design Studio were tasked to undertake a wide range of graphic design work for the brand, that included marketing collaterals, packaging, murals and digital contents.

The Black Iberian pigs are allowed to forage freely in oak forest feasting on tons of acorns. As a result, Iberico pork is highly-marbled, carrying a rich and natural nutty flavor throughout the meat.

Acorn-fed Iberian pigs are rich in oleic acid which is a beneficial fat for our body. This acid helps lower LDL (bad cholesterol) levels and helps increase the level of HDL (good cholesterol).

Gochi-so enhance the original flavour of Iberico pork by using the finest grade charcoal prized by chefs. Bincho-tan charcoal is used in Japanese cooking for over 300 years for its amazing qualities and benefits.
